Founder & Managing Director
Elijah founded Bocina and leads every project himself, from acquiring the site to handing over the keys. He has close to a decade of experience developing property across South-East Queensland, and a background as a licensed real estate agent. He works directly with the town planners, architects, engineers and financiers behind each project.
Land Acquisitions Manager
Scott leads land acquisition for Bocina, sourcing and securing the development sites behind each project across South-East Queensland. Before we commit to a site, he tests it against council requirements, zoning and the planning scheme, and runs the feasibility and due diligence. He also works on investment property acquisitions, keeping him close to land values across the region.
Land Acquisitions
Lachlan sources sites for Bocina before they reach the market. He is on the ground every day, meeting landowners and following up leads, and his local connections bring off-market land to the team. He focuses on sites suited to development and investment, working alongside Scott to secure them.
