Dalmatia

Dalmatia is 2 duplex residences on T E Peters Drive, Broadbeach Waters, on the Gold Coast. It was our first development, delivered over 2 years and completed in January 2024.

Stuart Osman designed the residences, Genco Construction built them, and the interiors are by Carla Rausch Interior Designs. Each residence is set over 3 levels, with 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The design is inspired by Croatia’s Dalmatian coast: rendered walls, natural stone and timber.

Inside, the living area opens through full-height sliding doors to the pool and a covered terrace. A fluted fireplace wall faces a white stone kitchen island. A timber staircase with step lights rises past a wall-mounted wine display. Upstairs, a balcony with a glass balustrade sits under a timber-lined roof.

T E Peters Drive is in Broadbeach Waters, a canal suburb just west of Broadbeach. By road, The Star Gold Coast and Broadbeach Mall are each about 1.2 km away. Pacific Fair is 1.8 km, Kurrawa Beach 2 km and Gold Coast Airport 25 km.

In 2024, Dalmatia won the Medium Density up to 3 storeys (2–5 dwellings) category at the Master Builders Gold Coast Housing & Construction Awards. The award was presented to the builder, Genco Construction. Our next Gold Coast project is Helios, 3 villas in neighbouring Clear Island Waters.
