Canungra

Canungra is a boutique collection of 4 residential lots at 39 Finch Road, Canungra, in the Scenic Rim. Scenic Rim Regional Council has approved the subdivision, and we expect to release the lots in 2027.

It’s a chance to build a home a short walk from the town centre, with the hinterland all around. The lots suit families, downsizers and tree-changers who want room to breathe and village life close by.

Three of the lots are about 612 m², 636 m² and 759 m², a comfortable size for a family home and garden. The fourth is much larger, at about 3,217 m², and includes a protected stretch of native bush (about 1,997 m²) that stays as it is. Each lot comes with a defined area for the home, and all 4 are reached by a new cul-de-sac.

Canungra’s main street and its state school are both within a kilometre. Tamborine Mountain is about 15 km away, Beaudesert and Nerang station about 33 km, and Pacific Fair on the Gold Coast 34 km. Brisbane is 79 km by road. The town is growing, with around 600 new residential lots under construction, planned or in the approval process (Colliers, November 2024).
