Council approves development application for over 50s village

Lockyer Valley Regional Council announced that it had approved the development application for Solara Estate. Solara Estate is an over-50s village of 267 homes on Golf Links Drive, Gatton. The release describes the planned communal facilities, including a bar, hobby shop and croquet lawn. And it describes access through a new intersection and security gates on Golf Links Drive. Council received 6 public submissions on the application, all in support.
